Living and working in an intercultural society - advantages, challenges and the best way forward

The event is hosted by the Challenge of Change priority and guest speakers will include Paul Yam, Wah Hep Chinese Community Association, Equality Commission NI, Charo Lanao-Madden as well as representatives from local community groups.

The event will bring together individuals from statutory organisations and the voluntary sector to raise awareness of the contribution people from different ethnic backgrounds make to our society, understand the opportunities available to them to get involved in civic, community and political life, share best practice and discuss opportunities for partnership working.
