About the programme

Challenge of Change is one of the three strategic priorities of the PEACE III Southern Partnership.

Challenge of Change aims to facilitate greater involvement of people from Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities in civic, community and political life and to increase community cohesion.

It is supported by the European Union’s PEACE III Programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body.
